as a britney fan (and at one point stan) who's known about her situation for
about 3 years, it really makes me happy and it warms my heart that a lot of people
are now becoming aware of her conservatorship and her horrible treatment by the
media and general public over the years, thanks to the documentary that came out. she deserves to have basic
human rights like the rest of us. her family AND the media has been taking advantage of her, even though she's been
nothing but nice to everyone. the treatment of her, as well as other female artists (then and now), was and is
disgusting. i hope this isn't just some trend and that people actually learn something from all of this.
